The Welcome Pod can be used for the baby's sleep up to 2 months, approximately 9 weeks, or until the baby can roll over or push up on their hands or knees.

Designed to be used as is, without sheets, blankets, or other soft elements that could disturb the baby's correct posture and thermal well-being.

Perfect for sharing sleep time in the same room but in separate spaces by placing it on a dedicated bassinet or cot.

The product's design facilitates keeping the baby in a supine position, while the rigid back support always ensures the correct posture of the newborn.

The rigid support features micro-holes that increase breathability, the mattress contains an adjustable cylinder that ensures the natural flexion of the legs and in the head position there is a disk that mitigates the risk of plagiocephaly.

Tummy Time is the period a newborn spends on their stomach when awake, active, and willing to interact. It is an experience of fundamental importance for motor and cognitive development. 

A playtime that can begin from the first weeks up to 8 months. The experience involves allowing the baby to discover the prone position in a controlled and comfortable environment, even before learning to roll over or crawl.

Tummy Time is a true newborn exercise. In addition to the benefits of the prone position, it introduces the possibility of performing a series of exercises with the newborn and child. You can start with intervals of a few seconds in the early stages, up to a maximum of 30 minutes around eight months. 

Exercises can be encouraged with small visual distractions that stimulate the baby to lift their head and activate neck and back movements. The experience is a playtime and should never tire the baby.

Tummy Time should be done in a quiet environment, in a safe and protected space, to give the baby the best attention, without ever leaving them alone.

The Welcome Pod allows for a comfortable and safe Tummy Time experience. The semi-rigid structure of the mattress is specifically designed to ensure maximum comfort for the baby even without a perfectly flat surface.

To facilitate the most complete experience possible, when placing the baby on their tummy, it is advisable to place their arms and hands under their chest. This position allows the baby to lift themselves naturally and spontaneously with greater ease.

During Tummy Time, it is recommended to remove the cylinder and keep the Welcome Pod open to allow perfect sensory stimulation through the free extension of the lower limbs.
