Shipments to Italy for Resellers

Delivery is free for purchases over €500.00.

For lower amounts, the cost of express delivery is to be determined with our sales representative.
Delivery times are 1-2 business days; for islands and remote areas, it takes 1 or 2 more days.

Maison Du Bebe ships the day after the order, provided it is placed by 12:00 PM on a business day, all products chosen are marked "Available," and payment methods are Credit Card, Poste Pay Top-up, or Cash on Delivery.
When you see "DELIVERED IN 25 DAYS" next to an item, it means that the product in question must be received by us WITHIN 25 BUSINESS DAYS from our supplier following an order.
Please note that the aforementioned delivery times are for indicative purposes only, and we do not undertake any commitment or guarantee to meet them.
Shipments will be delivered to the ground floor.

If an order contains both readily available items and items to be ordered, the customer will receive a single delivery.

Upon the courier's arrival, the customer is required to check in the courier's presence that:

·         The number of packages delivered matches that indicated in the transport document.

·         The description on the packages matches what is actually indicated on the transport document.

·         The packaging is intact, perfectly sealed, and not altered in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of packages or descriptions, must be immediately reported to the courier by adding the note "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING," wet packaging, missing parts, etc.

Therefore, on the courier's delivery receipt, the reason for the reservation must be specified. Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer cannot make any complaints about the external characteristics of what was delivered.

Maison Du Bebe is not responsible for missing goods received in damaged packages accepted without noting "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING."

Any problems concerning the correspondence, completeness, or physical integrity of the received products must be reported within three days of delivery by contacting our customer service via email at: assistenza@maisondubebe.it; for damaged goods, it is necessary to send digital photos to assess the extent of the damage.

In case of failure to collect the material held in storage at the courier's warehouses within five working days due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order or due to refusal of the goods, the order will be automatically cancelled, and you will be charged the round-trip shipping costs equal to €24.00 for single packages, €120.00 for pallet shipments, and any accrued storage costs.
