Right of withdrawal

The customer, as a final consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in points 3 and 5 below.

To exercise this right, the customer must return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, by sending it to the following address:

The product packaging or exterior must include a sheet with order details such as: Order Number, First Name and Last Name.

3.The right of withdrawal is, in any case, subject to the following conditions:

·         the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g., accessories, attached software, etc.);

·         the right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware) once opened;

·         the purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to insert it in a second box; in all cases, avoid attaching labels or adhesive tape directly to the original packaging of the product;

·         according to the law, shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the customer; delivery costs to the customer (even if not displayed at the time of the order) and any other accessory costs highlighted at the time of placing the order will also not be reimbursed;

·         the shipment, until the certified receipt at our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer;

·         in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Maison Du Bebe will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier they chose and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this event, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;

·         Maison Du Bebe is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments;

·         upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and/or original inner packaging are found to be damaged, Maison Du Bebe will deduct a percentage from the refund due, not exceeding 10% of the total, as a contribution to the restoration costs.

Except for any restoration costs for confirmed damage to the original packaging, Maison Du Bebe will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within fourteen days of the return of the goods, by means of a reversal of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer will be responsible for promptly providing the bank details on which to obtain the refund (Bank Sort Code - Bank Account Number - Account Holder's Name).

5.The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content) and in cases where Maison Du Bebe ascertains:

·         negligent use of the goods that has compromised their integrity or the use of any consumables;

·         the absence of the outer packaging and/or original inner packaging;

·         the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);

·         damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the Maison Du Bebe premises at the customer's disposal for collection at their expense.
